Since I was a kid, I’ve been endlessly fascinated with the mindset, skills and neurobiology that set leaders apart. Dorky, right?
This infinitely curious, coffee-loving, Brooklyn-native ran around handing out business cards at six years old… thanks, Dad. Fast forward…
Like all entrepreneurs, I created The BRAVE Framework® because I needed it. That’s a story for another day… Let’s just say, I needed a “how to guide” for my most important conversations.
Not long after BRAVE® gained traction, I joined forces with Simon Sinek and quickly became one of his top rated leadership instructors. It’s been quite a ride. I’m honored to be a trusted advisor to some of the nation’s fastest growing companies. They have culture questions, I typically have answers (that always lead us back to BRAVE in some aspect, IYKYK).
