Hi! I’m elisabeth…

Since I was a kid, I’ve been endlessly fascinated with the mindset, skills and neurobiology that set leaders apart… Dorky, right?

I was probably the only six year old in Brooklyn handing out business cards (thanks, Dad). Fast-forward: through Wall Street, startups, boardrooms, and a coffee company that ended up in a Netflix documentary… and you get to the through-line: I’ve always been obsessed with how humans connect.

I created The BRAVE Framework® long before I knew I created it — mostly because I needed a playbook for the high-stakes conversations no one teaches us how to have. I tested it, researched it, learned from world renowned hostage negotiators, neuroscientists and leadership experts. I pressure-tested it inside scaling companies… and it caught fire.

I’ve now spent over 14,000+ hours teaching BRAVE® in 500+ companies, advised some of the fastest-growing teams in the country, given TEDx talks, spoken at the UN and in front of Congress, and somehow still get recognized from that Netflix film about my first company, Caffè Unimatic...

Today? I help mission-driven founders and leaders build cultures that scale at the speed of their ambition — one conversation at a time.
