I created The BRAVE Framework® because I needed it. That’s a story for another day, but let’s just say, I needed a “how to guide” for some really high stakes conversations…
I tested concepts for a while, researching the ability of conversation to change our biological state and unlock human potential. Not long after BRAVE® was officially born, I joined forces with Simon Sinek and quickly became one of his top leadership instructors. The need to share this work with the world, to empower mission driven founders and leaders with the tools they need to build cultures that scale became a my mission.
I’ve spent over 14,000 hours teaching The BRAVE Framework® to leaders at over 500 companies across the globe and am a trusted Advisor to some of the nation’s fastest growing companies.
I’ve given 2 TEDx talks, spoken at the United Nations, in front of Congress and on stages from NYC to Johannesburg, South Africa to Omaha, Nebraska. And you might recognize my face from a Netflix documentary called “Coffee For All” that features and my first company, Caffè Unimatic…
