Since I was a kid, I’ve been endlessly fascinated with the mindset, skills and LANGUAGE MODELS that set leaders apart…
I was probably the only six year old in Brooklyn handing out business cards (thanks, Dad). Through Wall Street, startups, boardrooms, and a coffee company that ended up in a Netflix documentary… my obsession only grew stronger: how our relationships impact our results.
I created The BRAVE Framework® long before I knew I created it — mostly because I needed a playbook for the high-stakes conversations no one teaches us how to have. I tested it, researched it, learned from world renowned hostage negotiators, neuroscientists and leadership experts. I taught it to Fortune 500 companies, but when I shared it inside scaling companies… it took off. It solved a problem nothing else ever has — how to scale culture and human potential at the speed you’re scaling everything else.
I’ve I’ve spent over 14,000 hours teaching BRAVE® to leaders like you, advised some of the fastest-growing teams in the country, given TEDx talks, spoken at the UN and in front of Congress, and am one of the top instructors at Simon Sinek’s Optimism Company… and somehow still get recognized from that Netflix film about my coffee company.
One thing I know for sure: you can’t scale a company faster than the conversations holding it together. So my mission is to help over-achievers and over-givers understand the speed traps in conversation that slow them and their teams down, so that they can move at the at the speed of their ambition.
